Brian Stevenson

CEO / Accountable Manager

Brian is the Founder and CEO of GTSMRO and has more than 30 years of experience within the aviation MRO industry.

After founding A&I Accessory in 2001, Brian established GTSMRO in 2009 with a clear focus on developing a specialist repair facility dedicated to aircraft electrical wiring harnesses. Under his leadership, GTSMRO has grown into a globally recognised independent MRO supporting airlines, engine overhaul facilities, brokers, and PBH providers worldwide.

Brian began his career with GE Aviation in Prestwick before gaining further engineering and operational experience with Wood Group in Aberdeen. His technical background, hands-on approach, and strong customer relationships continue to play a key role in the company’s growth and reputation within the industry.

Samantha Stevenson

Finance Director

Sam has been Finance Director of GTSMRO since the company was established in 2009 and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.

Prior to joining GTSMRO, Samantha worked as Finance Director at A&I Accessory and previously held customer service management roles within the travel industry. Her experience across finance, administration, and customer support has helped support the company’s continued growth and operational stability over the years.

Pekka Muronen

Head of Compliance

Pekka has experience in aerospace quality management from component and aircraft heavy maintenance Part-145 MROs certified by EASA, FAA, CAA & TCCA covering ISO9001/14001 quality management systems and UK H&S regulations. He joined GTSMRO in 2021 from Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd having previously worked as Quality Manager at A&I Component Support Ltd.

Pekka is a keen Formula 1 and ice hockey fan and a season ticket holder at Glasgow Clan. Summer holidays Pekka spends at his cottage on lake Alajärvi in Finland with his family.

Craig Kerr

General Manager

Craig joined GTSMRO in 2017 and currently serves as General Manager / Head of Sales & Support.

Having progressed through the business from Purchasing Manager, Craig has developed a strong understanding of both the operational and commercial aspects of the company. He works closely with customers across airlines, engine MROs, brokers, and PBH providers, supporting everything from quotations and repair management to long-term customer relationships.

Craig plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and maintaining the high level of service GTSMRO is known for throughout the industry.

Ruari McMillan

Head of Operations

Ruari joined GTSMRO in 2017 as an Electrical Technician and has progressed through several positions within the company before being appointed Head of Operations in 2024.

With experience across both technical and customer-facing roles, Ruari has developed a detailed understanding of the business and its operations. He oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the company, working closely with production, customer support, and sales teams to ensure high standards of quality and service delivery.

Ruari has played an important role in developing operational processes and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Lee Dunlop

Head of Supply Chain

Lee joined GTSMRO in 2021 as Head of Supply Chain and is responsible for overseeing the company’s logistics, trade compliance, and inventory management activities.

Lee works closely with procurement, stores, and customer support teams to ensure the smooth movement of materials and shipments worldwide. He also manages customs compliance and supports the company’s Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) processes and HMRC requirements.

His role plays an important part in supporting efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries.

 

 

 

 

 

Brian Gaw

Workshop Manager

Brian joined GTSMRO in 2011 as Workshop Manager and brings more than 30 years of experience within the aircraft MRO industry.

Having started his career at GE Aviation in Prestwick, Brian has extensive experience in aircraft electrical systems and harness repair. He also worked alongside Brian Stevenson at A&I Accessory, helping establish the company’s technical department.

Within GTSMRO, Brian is widely regarded as the go-to person for complex harness repairs and workshop technical challenges. His experience and technical knowledge continue to play a major role in supporting the company’s repair capability and workshop operations.

Kevin Pugh

Maintenance Manager

Kev has been part of GTSMRO since 2014 and was appointed Maintenance Manager in 2026.

Kevin brings extensive hands-on experience in aircraft electrical wiring harness repair and overhaul, having previously worked alongside Brian Stevenson at A&I Accessory where he became one of the senior technicians within the business.

Today, Kevin oversees maintenance activities within the workshop and plays a key role in maintaining the high technical standards and quality the company is known for.
