Brian Stevenson

CEO / Accountable Manager

Brian Stevenson is the Founder and CEO of GTSMRO and has more than 25 years of experience within the aviation MRO industry.

After founding A&I Accessory in 2001, Brian established GTSMRO in 2010 with a clear focus on developing a specialist repair facility dedicated to aircraft electrical wiring harnesses. Under his leadership, GTSMRO has grown into a globally recognised independent MRO supporting airlines, engine overhaul facilities, brokers, and PBH providers worldwide.

Brian began his career with GE Aviation in Prestwick before gaining further engineering and operational experience with Wood Group in Aberdeen. His technical background, hands-on approach, and strong customer relationships continue to play a key role in the company’s growth and reputation within the industry.

Samantha Stevenson

Finance Director

Samantha Stevenson has been Finance Director of GTSMRO since the company was established in 2010 and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.

Prior to joining GTSMRO, Samantha worked as Finance Director at A&I Accessory and previously held customer service management roles within the travel industry. Her experience across finance, administration, and customer support has helped support the company’s continued growth and operational stability over the years.

William Paton

General Manager

William joined GTSMRO in 2025 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2026. He brings more than 30 years of experience within the aviation industry.

Throughout his career, William has held a number of senior sales, business development and leadership positions, including roles with Euravia Engineering & Supply and Chevron Aircraft Maintenance.

As General Manager, William is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of GTSMRO, working closely with the senior management team to support the continued growth and development of the business.

He also maintains a strong commercial focus, working closely with customers across the aviation and industrial gas turbine sectors, developing new business opportunities and supporting the continued expansion of GTSMRO's global customer base.

Mark Gilmour

Head of Compliance

Mark Gilmour joined GTSMRO in 2026 as Head of Compliance, bringing a wealth of experience in Quality and Engineering to the business. Mark has held a number of engineering and quality-focused roles throughout his career with Rolls-Royce MRO, Honeywell and GE Aerospace.

In his role at GTSMRO, Mark is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across the business, while maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and requirements. He also champions a culture of continuous improvement, driving robust processes and operational excellence to support the business and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Kevin Pugh

Maintenance Manager

Kevin Pugh has been part of GTSMRO since the company was established in 2010 and was appointed Maintenance Manager in 2026.

Kevin brings extensive hands-on experience in aircraft electrical wiring harness repair and overhaul, having previously worked alongside Brian Stevenson at A&I Accessory where he became one of the senior technicians within the business.

Today, Kevin oversees maintenance activities within the workshop and plays a key role in maintaining the high technical standards and quality the company is known for.

Craig Kerr

Head of Sales & Support

Craig Kerr joined GTSMRO in 2017 and currently serves as Head of Sales & Support.

Having progressed through the business from Purchasing Manager, Craig has developed a strong understanding of both the operational and commercial aspects of the company. He works closely with customers across airlines, engine MROs, brokers, and PBH providers, supporting everything from quotations and repair management to long-term customer relationships.

Craig plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and maintaining the high level of service GTSMRO is known for throughout the industry.

Ruari McMillan

Head of Operations

Ruari McMillan joined GTSMRO in 2017 as an Electrical Technician and has progressed through several positions within the company before being appointed Head of Operations in 2024.

With experience across both technical and customer-facing roles, Ruari has developed a detailed understanding of the business and its operations. He oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the company, working closely with production, customer support, and sales teams to ensure high standards of quality and service delivery.

Ruari has played an important role in developing operational processes and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Lee Dunlop

Head of Supply Chain

Lee Dunlop joined GTSMRO in 2021 as Head of Supply Chain and is responsible for overseeing the company’s logistics, trade compliance, and inventory management activities.

Lee works closely with procurement, stores, and customer support teams to ensure the smooth movement of materials and shipments worldwide. He also manages customs compliance and supports the company’s Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) processes and HMRC requirements.

His role plays an important part in supporting efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries.

Brian Gaw

Workshop Manager

Brian Gaw joined GTSMRO in 2012 as Workshop Manager and brings more than 30 years of experience within the aircraft MRO industry.

Having started his career at GE Aviation in Prestwick, Brian has extensive experience in aircraft electrical systems and harness repair. He also worked alongside Brian Stevenson at A&I Accessory, helping establish the company’s technical department.

Within GTSMRO, Brian is widely regarded as the go-to person for complex harness repairs and workshop technical challenges. His experience and technical knowledge continue to play a major role in supporting the company’s repair capability and workshop operations.

Marc Fisher

Senior Logistics Controller

Marc joined GTSMRO in 2025 and is our Senior Logistics Controller. Marc is responsible for managing our stores operations, including inventory control, material movements and ensuring parts and materials are available to support our day-to-day MRO activities.

Working closely with our operations and supply chain teams, Marc helps ensure an efficient flow of materials through the business and supports the high service levels our customers expect.

Ewan McIver

Sales Coordinator

Ewan joined GTSMRO in 2026 as Sales Coordinator, following his graduation from university with a degree in Media and Communications.

Ewan supports our sales team with customer enquiries, business development and day-to-day sales activities. He is also responsible for managing GTSMRO's social media presence, helping to promote our capabilities, services and latest developments across the aviation industry.

Combining his communications background with a growing knowledge of the aviation MRO sector, Ewan supports both our commercial and marketing activities as GTSMRO continues to grow.
